Default taillights

ok i posted a thread about this a few days ago. ive got water in my taillights. got most of it out by finding the hole it came thru, but some of it is still beaded up in there and hot air wont dry it up. is it a good idea to separate the clear plastic from the black backing somwhere and get the rest out then seal it with silicone or is there something else i can do.

you can use clear silicone and go around the seal area i guess. and be very careful and make it look pretty don't want any gooey white boogers after your done
