Hey all, 1st post here but been a lurker for about a decade.

My 1997 Civic EX coupe w/auto tranny's radiator sprung a leak, so I need to replace it. OEM is $300. Now that I'm going to replace it, are there better/upgraded radiators than OEM for that price or less? If so, can you give me suggestions on what to get, maybe links online to those products? Anything else I should do when swapping out a radiator? I already did my water pump when doing the timing belt 2 years ago. For other parts I should get, are there better ones, too? Like an upgraded aftermarket thermostat (if it needs to be changed?) Please reply here &/or here_is_joe@yahoo.com. I just moved to the DC area if you know of any mechanics, too. Need to fly to MI then China then... so no time to work on my car!

P.S. After modifying the car, road racing, autocrossing, and just generally driving hard, this is the FIRST mechanical problem I've encountered in about 10 years and 165,000 miles! Honda rocks!!
