93 d15b8, 2 or 4 valve reliefs per piston?

need to change the HG and was thinking about putting a spare d16 vtec head on it for fun

 

anyone know

4 reliefs... they run a 8.0 PM6 code piston. Same as the old HF motor. Not sure how it'll run with the lower compression on 4 valves.

 

sweet, cause i'd much rather put the vtec head on than the poopy 8 valve

 

D15b8 has only 2 valves per cylinder. Good on gas, bad for performance. I like the rocker arms on it.

we aren't talking about valves, we are talking about the valve reliefs on the pistons.

Some d15b8 motor have 2 per cylinder, some have 4. Obviously you can't to a minime on a 2 valve relief/cylinder motor
