Default Question on crx si roof drain tubes

Well, to start off I have a 89 crx si. I have been noticing that I have a leak by the struts for the hatch. I know the drain tubes are clogged and think the water is bypassing the tube in order for it to be leaking where it is. but how would I go about clearing them out without taking out the head liner? I know I need to use compressed air as well. thanks in advance and if any of it does not make sense let me know and ill clear things up.

Edit: drain tubes for the sunroof.

more than likely the drains are clogged at end of the tube. If you open your hatch and look inside by the to either side you will see where you can remove the plasti pieces. Once you remove the piece you will see the tube running through there. You can pull the tube out and you will see it has a little nipple on the end of it more than likely it will be clogged you can just clean it.

be prepared for it to be messy too. When I cleared mine out, the whole thing must of been full with muddy *** water.

i cleaned mine out last year. it would leak into the rear trunk area, between the fenderwell and tailight area on the floor of the trunk. mine were really clogged. i just cleaned it out and used really hot water and a screwdriver to clear out some of the mud on the lower part of the drain tube. worked out well.

yes it would leak when it was clogged.
Also if you are having problems with a leak yuou might need to pull out your rear window squirter and put some sealant on it and then re-install.

when i removed the rear interior panels on my car the damn things weren't even plugged in,so all the water was just sitting in the crease for the 1/4 panel,,rusting it inside out..it must have been like that for years
