I am prepping my 5th gen for track days but I don't understand why you would want to remove ABS. I know it ways about 20lbs but don't the benefits outweigh the weight? Thanks, Wj

Car is never gonna see rain or snow. Basicly its just taking up space in the bay. How is it gonna help me in anyway besides slamming when i have to slam on the brakes at the track ?

Will that affect braking performance at all ?

I have the full S model brake swap on my Si because I took out ABS and yes, the S model brake components are smaller. The MC is a little smaller as well as the booster...how much that affects braking I don't know. I have no problems stopping.
