gsr swap rough idle

gsr swap rough idle
this weekemd i just swaped in a gsr into my civic hatch and the idle is rough. i replaced pulgs and wires, dist. an still has a roug idle. any ideas on what the cause is.

oh and when i tried to check the tiiming w/ a timming light no matter if i tried to retard or advanced i could not get to the red mark unless it was at 0 degrees but the mark was in between red and white

ya need to be a lil more specific on the erratic idle... what does it do? in what RPMs?
