Hear/feel vtec on accord V6?

Hear/feel vtec on accord V6?
My sister just bought a 99' Accord EX V6 couple. I was wondering if you can feel or hear VTEC at all on that car, its bone stock. She wont rev it that high or let me drive it. Its kinda a dumb question, but its really been bugging me. Thanks-

put an intake on it and you will hear it LOUD AND CLEAR....3500 rpms
