Pull the valve cover and look at the timing marks on the cam gears.
You can also put a long 3/8" extension down the spark plug hole and when the extension hits its highest point, you're at TDC. Without looking at the cams or cam gears, you won't know if you're at TDC on the compression or exhaust stroke, though.
