What wheels are these? *pic* 8 spoke/BIG lip

Does anyone know what kind of wheels these are? My friend is trying to sell them, and neither of us know what they are. They're 16x7, dual 4 bolt pattern. We're both thinking Rota, but can't find anything...

They look a lot like Sprint Hart wheels.

Thanks fellas, I'll try to get some more information on the markings and see if we can find anything behind the spokes...

Has anyone seen these?
