lol not much because it is a HF lol its already light but besides taking out a seats, or the cargo cover, but the only way to really remove any weight is to ummmm make it unsafe?lol, maybe try losing weight or taking out the spare tire lol.

light weigh wheels
carbon fiber/fiber glass stuff like hood
replace glass with some other material, dont know wich one
replace seats with lighter ones, sparco, momo, recaro
strip the car... leave the dash, center console and door panels

So why exactly are you doing this? If anything, I want to put some sound deadening material in my Wagon just to make it a better DD.

what year is the car?

If it's a 90 or a 91, you can swap to the earlier "seatbelts on the pillar" doors. it'll save you a lot of weight.
