hey i guys I have a question. I received a ticket in september of this year for modified exhaust. The ticket was due on 10/04/06 a fix it ticket. A few weeks before the due date I called and asked for a extension on my fix it ticket.. The lady gave me a extension over the phone of nov 20th. Yesterday 11/03/06 friday i received a copy of ticket with the original due date of 10/04/06 it stated I failed to appear in court and have ignored the ticket the amount went from 120.00 to bail amount:$340.00 it stated i had a dmv hold and warrant. What ever happened to the november 20th extension? What should i do? anybody have this same problem? Its almost as if the lady gave me the extension?

 

It seems to me that a good start would be contacting the office that you originally called to request the extension from, and explaining the situation to them.
