Neuspeed or ASR sub frame

Neuspeed or ASR sub frame
I was given a free neuspeed rear sway bar for my eg hatch. How much of a difference would it be if i use a asr subframe brace? or should I even bother with the brace? Input on the Neuspeed piece before I install it please....
