Will a 15x8 +20 fit on a EK?
Well? will it
I'm looking at two options for 15x8 +20 and +40. I'm thinking the +40 will hit the suspension, but will the +20 stick out past the fenders?

yeah that set up like the picture above will work 15x8.5 +20 and use some 195 tires. you would need to sretch the tires to make it clear fender, even a tiny roll will work.
if u want that compare offsets with this car.
8 +20 to 8.5 +11
you will have 3mm less room on the inside of the wheel to your shock tower,
and your outside of the wheel will sit in 15mm closer from the fender.

if u have a 15x7 +42 now compared to 17x8 +40
u will have 11mm less clearance in the inner side
and u will have EXTEND an extra 15mm for the outer side of the wheel.

That's too wide for street use. (Unless you're talking about track tires.)
For 15" wheels on your car, you should be getting 195/55-15 or 205/50-15 tires. Those sizes are only approved for wheels that are 5.5-7.0 inches wide.

One of the most common civic/integra tires, the Falken Azenis in a 205/50 15 fits perfectly on a 15 x 7.5" wheel and looks the best IMO.

I stopped by the shop and tried on a few pairs of shoes. The bottom line is that the +40s are barely too close in the back and touch the UCA at the trailing arm. I think a 3mm spacer would be enough for them to clear. Rolling the rear fenders would be needed. The fronts seem to fit nicely with a 225/45-15 Hankook tire
15x8 +40 225/45-15:

Just for ***** and giggles we put on a +20 with a 245/40 tire!
