Shift linkage connects to Civic shifter??
I just wanted to know if the Prelude/Accord shift linkage fits onto the stock civc shifter or are you supposed to use the shifter that is comparable with the engine..??
The Prelude shifter is completely different than the civic/teg ones. I'm not sure how to describe the difference... one way is to go look at aftermarket short-shifters. A Civic one will be a replacement shift lever. A Prelude one will be an attachment that you place near the base of the shift lever.
Considering I've owned both I should know the details but I'm drawing a blank.
To just get to the point though... if you're using a Prelude shift linkage you'll use the shift lever that comes with it.

The only reason why I asked because of the how to on C-speedracing they in their GSR swap they said they reused the Civic shift lever..
I guess I will have to use either an Accord or Prelude lever then..
