Code 41--any tips on how to fix?

Default Code 41--any tips on how to fix?

Its the o2 heater--my sensor is hooked up correctly and im still throwing this code and code 1--any ideas?

someone plz answer this, im having the same exact problem some fluid got into my plug, i blew it out dried it rinsed it with water dried it and im still throwing the code??? my next step is buy a new one...
