Default Upper Arm assembly (pass, drive interchangalbe?)

I have an 88si had to change my wheelbaring and hub. Picked up the hub from a junk yard. Anyhow I managed to crossthread my upper ball joint taking off my knuckle. I can re-thread it but since I have the extra drivers side Arm with good ball joint was wondering if I could toss that on Pass side? I haven't had a chance to look at it myself since everything is at the machine shop picking it up in the mornning. Just wanted to know before I remove the pass side. Thanks folks.

Pretty sure you can't do that because of the curve of the upper arm.
