Default How to distinguish between trims - si dx std hf?

Im buying this 88 crx automatic from this guy. He says he thinks its an hf...but i was pretty sure that hf didnt come in automatic...so

Do HF come in automatic?

And regardless, how do i tell what trim the car is? Fast replies appreciated since im buying this car tomorrow! Thanks!

Of course check the obvious, the back corner piece to see if it says HF.....also check the motor and see if the motor is DPFI or MPFI, the HF is a MPFI......and you can also check if the catalytic converter is in view (it is pretty much the bottom piece of the HF header) which would be another sign of the HF.....

The MPFI would be on the intake manifold right.

It says it has replaced exhaust so any other way to verify?
