i have an 89 dx hatch with a jdm b16a with stock linkage from a DA6, ive read that the linkage has to be cut only 2 3/8" but im not sure. does anyone know how much needs to be cut?
lemme clarify what's already been said.
If you're using a hasport mount kit. Remove 2 3/8's from both rods.
Do this by cutting the chunk out of the middle and welding them back together again.
If that didn't explain it well enough, Please buy Hasport shift linkage.
=D
Pic: - Imagine a shift linkage with a cut and rewelded center.... then assume it's 2 3/8's shorter.
