Am doing a D.O.C.H. ZC but somebody told me that if i do a Si tranny instead of a stock dx tranny it should help me out a little... how much is a little.............? o and iam also putting a stage 1 ATC.........i have a 88 REX Dx Model...........

 

the si tranny has a closer gear ratio for better acceleration

 

In a perfect world the ideal setup would be a Si tranny with the Dx final drive gear swapped in......much better hiway fuel economy.

 

idealy but is that possible ?
