So i just bought some ek sides for my DA but the only question is where do i cut?
-i have searched on here and cant find anything on the cuts
-i've searched g2ic.com and cant find a write up etc...

if anyone has any pics of the process, the cuts or even what it looks like under the car/installed id be greatly appreciated.

I have a 90 integra and used dc2 skirts and found them on g2ic.com but i never heard of using ek sides. ill try and find the link for you

 

my cousin just got some for his da too. its been raining, so he hasn't gotten to it yet.

 

You didnt search hard enough, i did them on my DA, i got pics up...

You know you don't just cut them off at a point right? that will look funny, you cut and plastic weld..

I just heald them up to the car and made a line where it ended, and cut there and plastic welded the mounting end back on.. they look great!
Theres a good write up on g2ic it was about a 4 hr project, lets see some pics when your done.

 

it is easy...u just cut all the clips off...then cut the length...and then cut the top to see how far u want to poke out...then get self tapping screws and get busy

 

i saw the one on g2ic for dc2 sides but didnt find one for ek sides. i saw that you dont have to plastic weld if you still have mud gaurds in the front. ima try to keep the mud gaurds.

im going to do this tomorrow so ill have pics up ina few days.

 

here is a pic of when i first installed mine...i fixed the saggin part in the middle...i didnt plastic weld...but for the cleaner look i would do it....

hahhaha hey UNDERCOVERDC2.... i did it in the rain 11-4-2006 and i was hecka soked... but yea... here are some steps

1. cut off the part that attaches inside the ek door
2. cut the black plastic that u put the white tabs
3. cut the some of the bottom plastic that goes under the car
4. place the sides to the door to measure how much to cut off the front of the sides
