Default Installing lowering springs

Hey I want to instal the lowering springs i bought for my 94 acura integra...Im just wondering how complicated of a procedure it is...and if i can do it myself because most garage around here wont do it...so any help you can provide would be great. Thanks

If you are mechanically inclined you should be able to do it yourself. You'll need to rent a spring compressor though.
