Tunerz Image has them, thats where I bought mine from. It fits good too. I think i paid $130 shipped for it, it arrived 2 days later after I ordered, they're in the sponsors section.

That looks like the Civic lip made to fit Integras which IMO is kinda weird-looking.

Comptech has a good one:

i bought one but haven't had time to get it painted and put it on. The quality seems good and i've heard people say the fitment is good.

Comptech is the nicest one I could find. Doesn't fit in your $140 shipped budget though. But you get what you pay for...

comptech one will be pricy, however it will fit better than most of other brands.

the difference between the OEM/Comptech compared to the TunerzImage or other replicas is that the sides/bottom flare out a little more, making it look like the civic lip made to fit integras (like what Hatch_R said).

check the HT Marketplace for a used OEM one. I'm looking for one too

The "Type-R style" lips that people sell usually looks like a 99-00 Civic lip but a little bigger and made to fit an Integra... nothing like the OEM ITR lip, althought there are some knockoffs that do look like the real OEM thing.

Its a direct replica of the 98-01 OEM ITR lip. I speak unbiased as I know the facts without even owning one, however installing them in the past. The abs/poly versions are the same besides material. They are too close to even tell trust me.

i ordered an ITR replica lip from one of the sponsors on here. and it's within your budget. PM me and i'll find his name for you. it looks close to my ITR lip, but quite exactly the same, but it'll pass for a bit over 100 bucks.

even if you find the repica lip for your price you still have to paint it unless you want it some ugly unmatched color. just save more money so you can buy the lip and paint it. i also think the oem looks better than the tunerz image but thats just me.
