Default Engine Claying Info and Questions

Im trying to build my motor and check the clearences so when i dyno it ill now if i can move the cam gears forward or back

this is my build
01 gsr block and head
block
all new seals and oil pump, water pump
eagle rods ,enydn rollerwaves pistons 4.2 dome cc's pistons and rings with skirt coating and dome coating
arp head studs acl street bearing
balanced and blueprinted block
micropolished,and knifeedged crank
toda timing belt
deck .005

01 gsr head sent to portflow for supertech flat face nitride vlaves ,springs and titanimers
with skunk2 stage 2 cams and hogans cam gears
milled .005

oem head gasket
compression around 11.4ish
now engine clearences and piston to valves height is at .021 instead of the oem height of .034

how do i clay the motor and will it help out and how hard can it be

i heard it is very confusing please any info thanks

Would like to know also. . . . the search engine was to open because all i really saw was how to clay bar your car etc. . . .
