can anyone tell me???
can anyone tell me any other ways to tell an si motor other than the block and the dist. wires?? i am doin a motor swap and i need as much info on the motor as possible. thanx for any comments.
Other than the block stamp, the motor may have PM6 stamped in various places. Not sure where, I just remember being under my car and seing a few PM7 stamps.
Hope this helps.

I'm in Knoxville and I just did my ZC swap. I've got a good Si motor chilling ready to be bought. 280.
89 Si w/216k that still pulls hard
89 Si ECU
91 flywheel
Hit me up if you want it. If I can I'll even drive it up and drop it off. Alls it needs is the idle control valve since the ZC's was busted. Other than that everythings there.

Well on the 4Gs the D15 and D16 look different, the D15 has a bigger air chamber and the D16 is more long and skinny.
This is D15 as in DX, so if it looks like this it is Dx, if not Si...
