im looking at a set of wheels that are pretty hard to come by, only thing is the offset is 60 and the itr is stock 50 offset. i realize i will in all likelihood need to use spacers to clear the brakes, but is this 10 mm difference going to make a BIG difference that might be considered not worth the purchase?
my main concerns are clearance of the fenders, how noticeable will they stick out and more importantly, will i feel a negative change in performance or "feel" from extending out 10 mm more than usual? im also guessing that i will need to find longer studs all around...

The wheel/tire will tuck in 10mm towards the inside of the wheel well. I don't know too much about spacers, but running a 1cm spacer sounds kinda scary, that's about .5" BTW. You will probably need it tho, if you really want to keep those wheels and run an oem-spec offset.
High offset = tuck in
Low offset = stick out
High offset = tuck in
Low offset = stick out

Make sure you have at least six full turns on the lug nuts. (Some people recommend at least seven.)
