So I got off work tonight, drove home, got out, and noticed someone broke off my antenna, I had it pushed down, but someone still broke it off for some reason im not sure of, someone just being an A-Hole im sure.

But I really never use my radio, infact I inplugged it, motor and everything, but my question is, I plan on selling my car soon, and that might be a deal breaker, is there a way to remove the antenna, or some rubber thing I can put over it to make it look like an aftermarket antenna? Something not too ghetto.

Any Ideas?? I was thinkink just some black rubber, like an inch to cover where its broken, make it look like its aftermarket?

 

work with your buyer, if they want to get it fix, you can get a used retractable unit or convert it to a stubby antenna(cheaper too).

most of the younger folks never use the radio, they usually will upgrade the HU and play ipod.

but if you have someone that is lived by the radio, then see if they want you to fix it or reduce some amount off the balance

 

just install a manual antenna ,,,,,,it is only around 20-30 dollars from the dealer ,, this way it looks clean and made for the car

I cant seem to find anything suitable for my antenna, I checked ebay and everything, maybe I should hit up the junkyard and yank one from another honda.
