that sounds very reasonable, just get a mild cam, a port and polish, balance, do all that crap. i dont see it being hard
WHP or crank? Assuming WHP, its going to take the right combo of parts to add 60WHP to a motor. Is there a reason you can't use a VTEC head? Are you just looking to see whats out there and possible or do you have a power goal in mind and want to know how to get there?
i believe that the exospeed crx was right around there. And it had their stage 3 head work with the sr909 cam with a stock block.

Well, we get 215-218hp at the crank on a 88-91 Si D16 motor. Twin Mikuni carbs
Dry Sump oiling system, Stock crank and rods, stock bore and stroke. Big $$$ in these engines. If you want to go fast and win that's what it takes.
