Ap1 vs Ap2 for supercharging?

when supercharging is there any big difference between the ap1 and ap2 motors in hp?? I have an ap1 now and was looking to sell my car and purchase a newer s2k and supercharge it... any suggestions??

why sell the ap1?

both do fine w/ the s/c
