Bleeder screw.
Just wrap the threads with some teflon tape or use some RTV.
When you loosen it coolant will come out the little hole, but not when tight.
It's also 12mm.

no not the screw. the whole assembly. its all one peice. theres 1 upper rad hose that goes into it, and 1 smaller coolant hose that goes to the TB
