3rd Brake Light.. How do u wire it up if it was Cut from the Hatch?
i got a 95 Integra RS and i had a ViS CF Trunk Before but when i baught the car, looked like someone Cut the Wires leading to the 3rd brake light and everthing. So theres no wiring at all ( only lil black urrbber piece with some wiring by top right of hatch near the defroster thing) so i traded away my CF hatch and now i got an OEM Metal hatch and i wanna wire up a third brake light, but i dont see ANYTHING to wire it up with.. i know i can ghetto rig it and juss wire it and connect the colors but how can i do this since wires are so gone? dont wanna get pulled over by cops reason i wanna put 3rd brake ligth back on.
use the leads from your breaklights!
Ghetto rig it by splicing the negitive lead from one tail light(lets say the right one, Negitive is usally black) and the positive lead from the other tail light(Usally red) and use that for the third break light.
add a fuse on the positive end for a safer "getto" rig.

i cant do that caus ethen when i open the trunk the wires wlill get pulled. i dont know how to wire it through the hatch but i guess a LONG *** wire will work kinda.. thats hella ghetto.. i want something done at least clean?

i don't know if that would work..if i remember correctly, the led light runs off a different voltage than the brake lights. When i tried wiring up a third brake light on my civic...the brake light fuse kept popping...hopefully it isn't the same with the teg.
