hey what rod bolts are used in the f23? ive searched everywhere and arp doesn't know, only knows they have 8mm and 9mm.... are either of these the same? or do you know any where to get the right ones from? i know the h23 head studs work from arp... but i don't know what rod bolts the h23 uses either...

are you trying to find aftermarket rod bolts, or OEM replacements?

my crower rods came with ARP bolts but I can't remember offhand what mm size they were. I purchased the rods from race engineering, perhaps they could help you out.

well...... i called race engineering and they couldn't help me, called honda they couldn't tell me the size.... arp was no help as well.... any one else out there know the size? or some place i can go or call to find out? thanks for any help

 

are you buying new rods? generally they will come with the rod bolts.

I have a box of stock F23 pistons (& other parts) - what measurements are you looking for?

 

no im not doing rods as of right now, don't have the money at this moment in time, i was actually just trying to figure out if i could use either of the 8mm or 9mm rod bolts that arp has listed for honda, or what size rod bolts fit.

i found a website f22parts.com that has rod bolts for the f23, has any one ever dealt with them before?
