Why 98? They look too conservative. How about the last year model 5th generation (97) instead? Those definitely look more sportier .

I'm not looking for sporty, I just want a daily driver to replace my civic. if i do anything to it, it will probably just be springs and rims.

If you are looking for an auto trans one be carefull. They are pretty hit and miss with a lot of them failing before 100k. There are a few threads archived in the accord forum about this.

Yup i'm a 2000 accord and i'm on my second tranny and 400 in repairs on that one. I'd avoid an automatic 6th gen.

Well the TL's had a 5 speed auto for hte 2nd gen, but the Accord, TL, and Odyssey (the v6 accords in particular) had a higher rate of tranny problems. You can probably pick up an 03-04 accord for not much more and get some better power and fuel economy in the deal. It's a struggle for me to get 22 mpg in the city in my 4 cyl auto, and my best is 27 mpg highway, the EPA for the 03+ are 24/32 I believe...
