Would 99 JDM itr axles fit a into a 94 civic ex coupe? if not what type of axles would i need to make it work b/c im using a 99 ITR JDM tranny?

Negative.

98+ JDM ITR Axles have a bigger outer spline (36 MM) compared to the smaller stock 32 MM.

Any B Series axles will work, along with B-Series Halfshaft.
