Default quick tie rod alignment question

im in the process of changing my tie rod ends and while im down there..

my steering wheel is off about 5-7* to the right / like that but not as severe however the car still tracks straight..

I was wondering how many rotations of the inner tie rod and which way it would take to correct the alignment?

this is on a 92 EG with a manual rack.

I am going to put it this way. You are better off taking it to have an alignment done on the car by a shop. It will be a lot less in the long run. The only way to do it yourself is with a lot measuring and guess work as to if you got it right
