Default do i need bigger head gasket for bigger bore?

I just saw somone selling a head gasket that was a bigger size....and it made me think, i just built my block and the bore is 81.5 now....do i need a head gasket to match that??? Ive been riding around with a stock sized one in it for a little over a week, nothing wrong yet but the block is built for boost but hasnt had boost yet, will i run into problems or is it that big of a deal? what will happen if i keep it in? thanks.

maybe i should have searched and then asked the question....in the other threads people were saying OEM size is good up to 82mm...but the people i talked to here at my work...(dealership) said that it would make sense to get the right one to fit it....but then they say, well...i dont know, i dont know much about the performance stuff.....so is the answer still...NO, i dont really need one? thanks.
