Weld the ITB's TO the runners? Yes, you will probably warp them enough to make them useless, since the throttle valve is very tightly fitted.
You should make the ITB manifold such that that ITBs attach in the method the ITBs were intended to attach, which is either rubber connectors or 2-bolt flanges.
