Default Weird clutch, works better when hot???

Just installed the exedy racing clutch and drove easy for 300 miles then stepped on it and it has been fine expect that it engages kinda high. Last night i had some fun on some back roads and really gave it a workout and it started to engage lower and lower just about 1/3 way up from the bottom.

My question is could it be like some brake pads and actually work better when hot because of its composition???

the Model clutch i got was 08-900-B from Clutch City Online.

Thanks for the help !!!
