car runs then dies help please

when i give the car gas it dies but it idles fine
i went to put gas in and i think i could have bought shitty gas.... my car will start and drive like 400 yards then it starts popping and backfiring and dies and will not start back up....i pulled the plugs they look to be saturated in gas... and i have plenty of spark.... I changed spark plugs and it ran for like 2 minutes and started popping again and now wont start.... something may not be hooked up right from putting the head back on or something (something could have been plugged in wrong)... or it was bad gas thats all i can think of.... please help
Update... i just started car and it idled for like 20 minutes when i touched the gas it died
