Default Rear Brake Lines

i have a 95 civic hatch......my car got stolen, and the thieves cut my factory brakes lines in the rear....the hard lines that come from the proportional valve...i was if there's a a repair kit or something i can do without changing out the entire line that runs under the car all the way to the front?

you can get a flaring tool and a few pieces from any automotive store to repair that section of brake line or just take it to a shop and pay to have it repaired
