99-00 si rims - tuner lugs work?

are tuner lugs suppose to work on 99-00 si rims?

I have a feeling they are not suppose to?

They work, but unsafe because they don't seat to the wheels properly.

so...... i have some buddy club tunner lugs(extended), should they work on my integra wheels? I would assume no?
