If this was it, you'd be in STS.

But removing the catalytic converter would move you into Street Prepared.

And finally, removing the rear seat moves you into Street Modified. Taking out the spare tire is legal in all classes, even stock.
If this was it, you'd be in STS.

intake will bump you out of stock class. Headers also bump you out of stock class. Test pipe will also bump you out of stock class. I "think" that is all ok in STS. Oops.. read above, not ok in STS so that will bump you out of STS and up another lvl. Maybe put the cat back in if you want to run in STS.
Don't get rid of your back seats, that will bump you way up the list in classes. It is ok to remove your spare tire and jack, but leave the back seats in.

If you're running without the cat, you'll be in a class where strut bars and the intake are allowed.

Look under street prepared.

You can do whatever you want with the exhaust after it leaves the cat as long as it exits behind the driver, even in stock class. You just have to meet any noise restrictions your region may have.
You can't use headers in stock class. Please read my post above, and the rulebook to see which class you'd go into with a given combinations of mods.
