Default Restart Issues

Posted this before and no one had anything to say. I know there are some damn good techs on here, so i need a little help. When my car is hot it will not restart. It will crank but will not turnover (I have spark and i have fuel) however when i let the car cool off for 10 minutes it will start like nothing was wrong. WTF

Yes it is...Now why would it be the clutch relay..? does that have anything to do with heat..? And BTW check engine is throwing a 6 and 10 *6 is ect and *10 is air intake temp sensor. But both sensors are fine..?

because when it goes bad, you can't start the car, untill it cools off.
You have to let it cool off, than the car would start right up.

DAMN that was a lot. So pretty much you're telling me its the relay..? Cause i can hear the fuel pump turn on. SO i ruled out the relay. Is there something else that could be wrog with that?

Yes i'm telling you its the rely becaue i don't know who said in that thread, he stated that he has to open his door and let it cool off, and then it start right up.
seems like your issue.

Ok, before i had a relay problem and my pump was not turning on. So then i went to the junk yard and got another relay out of an EG. So that solved the turning on the fuel pump problem. SO now the pump will turn on however will not start after its been running till it cools down. Is it still the relay or something else. I justed wanted to tell u what is going on cause i didn;t wanna leave anything out. I appreiate the help everyone

you have to troubleshoot your ECT. If that is not working, when your engine is hot, it'll give it too much fuel and therefore will flood the engine. Thats why you have to wait for it to cool off.

Well which end of troubleshooting, the resistance is fine and i checked the contiunity in the wire between the ecu and sensor and there is a connection. And the weird thing is too. IF i unplugg the ECT sometimes it will start. and sometimes it won;t and i will stil have to let it cool. So then when i go ahead and do get it started and vtec doesn;t work. And i know with vtec ur engine needs to know its warm before it works ,cause i had an ITR before. and vtec wouldn;t work while it was cold. So i honestly don;t know what the hell is up.
