question for VTEC experts
can a faulty VTEC solenoid or if it's not engage create engine vibration ?
I do have 12v present at the Vtec solenoid 1P connector.
Thanks

no check your motor mounts, most likely your mounts can be weak usually in that year the front tends to go first and if not the rear but when one mount is broken it will cause vibration,if not check you might have a missfire but for that it will throw a dtc.....youll know when vtec donent work it runs like **** disconnect it and drive and youll see what it is to run w/o vtec
94_jdm_cd6 - Thanks man
I remove the VTEC solonoid - clean - check with the ohm meter, put it back - everthing good, reset the ECU no more DTCs in the car
.
My engine mounts are OK, but recently I had engine head off and replace the head gasket, by local shop - look like they didn't do the balancer belt right.
now its vibrate my whole driving cabin.
Tomorrow I am planning to do the Timing and Balancer belt my self - I have done it before.
I also have a Helms Manual
