88 hf wiring???
i can't seem to find out if i have to change the wiring on a "hf" model for a "zc" engine swap
i have found out that the "dx" model wiring has to be modified to accept a "zc" engine
but nothing has been written on an "hf"
i believe an "si" has the correct set up, hubs, wiring, tranny, looks, etc...
***NOTE****
i bought the damn thing cuz it was the lightest model
1988 "hf", highly recommended by many..for any motor swap
i now know i have to change the hubs (easy), computer (so easy you could take a nap),
and tranny/engine (easy with proper tools)
but what about the wiring(difficult or easy???)
will it be a nightmare? should qualified professionals only do the swap?
i have no idea, is this a red flag< should i not try it myself???
any input, info would help..

this forum has been the best one i've been to.
there hasn't been any smart remarks, and the info has been appreciated..

Pretty sure it is just plug and play. The only difference is the distributor wiring. Check this link out:

the hf involves no wiring except takin two wires and putting them on the cylinder postition sensor...and as for hubs u dont have to u can use ur axles from ur hf if u want and using a si tranny or u can use ur stock hf one but its not desirable cause the gears suck
