Default What should I do? Buy softer replacement springs for F2 coilover or buy Tein SS

Alright guys, I need some opinions. I have a set of F2 (Function Form) coilovers, type 1 on my del sol. They're too stiff for daily driving, especially on some freeways and the suspension travel is a bit too short (I can feel the rear catching air). I'm considering ordering some softer springs, maybe 7k/3k or save up and get some Tein SS. I have to check the specs on the F2 springs, but I think the SS have an inch or two more length. Maybe I can put some Tein Standardized springs on my F2 coilovers. I doubt the dampers stroke would be long enough, if I put longer springs on. So the question is: F2 softer replacement springs, Tein Standardized springs (taller if possible) or Tein SS? Honest feedback is appreciated.

What spring rate are you riding on now? Try calling up the guys from where you bought the Function Form, I know they are lifetime warranty and usually the guys will help you get the right spring rate. I've heard enough good things about the company that makes the coilovers, and have heard many times of people buying too stiff or too soft, calling up, and getting replacement springs easily. Andy usually tries his best to satisfy all his customers.

You should just get a TEIN SS. those are not to stiff or not too soft. so they are really great for the street if your not looking for a really stiff setup.

That's what I'm thinking. I was pm'n the f2 guys and they said the softest they have are 5k. They don't have springs that are taller as well. I don't think the stroke on the damper would be long enough either. Don't get me wrong, these are great affordable coilovers and they ride like the cars on rails, but it's just not suitable for daily and weekend driving. Well, if anyone has some SS laying around and looking to trade/sell, let me know.
