I took mad pics.
Of the turbo, the entire kit, the car before and after.
It has made mad power at even only 3lbs boost.
I have 3 wins under my belt so far.
I will post pics as soon as i find the drivers for my digi cam.
Wins:
1998 VW Golf (filter and ECU)
1997 Acura Integra JDM GSR (I-H-E) & clutch
1999 Civic SI AEM cold air , VAFC

my friend installed that kit a couple weeks ago and i was amazed. We went to the track and he ran a 14.2 (8-9 psi not sure). It is basically a stock motor with VAFC, Tanabi racing medallion, and apex. IMO it kills the greddy kit. Very very nice
Is the Apex'i kit CARB legal or not? I think last time I checked it was pending. Oh well. Boost is nice but I'm going to try and go the Honda way, NA baby! Happy racing.
I am only running 3psi and I am putting lengths on the b16 si civics that used to embarras me. My car used to only look agressive, now it really backs it up.
I am pending on turning up the boost, I have already beat a '00 VW Golf, 97 GSR, 00 SI civic.
This is a ball bearing turbo kit and you can feel it start to spool at 2500 at 3500 it feels as though it reaches max boost, I don't have a boost gauge yet, but this is what it feels like at those rpms.
So far, it looks like the kit has added about 11 horses per pound of boost.
I got the kit online, it was $2299 on http://www.hybrid-motorsports.com
All I know is I am running only 3psi and kickin ***, I was told with a boost controller and an intercooler, I can efficiently run 15psi.
APEX'i TURBO KIT =
Very good intructions, we did the swap, an old D16 for a new D16 and installed the turbo the next day with no previous experience. We took pictures of the install and everything but I can't post till I get the drivers for my camera.
If anyone has drivers for the HP 215 digi cam, please let me know.

if its a 96 hatch... you have a nonvtec sohc motor. just so you know, you wont ever be able to do 15psi. with good tuning (blah blah hondata this hondata that) it will be okay to run 10-12psi. i wouldnt go beyond 8psi daily. someone else on this forum (vtc_civic) is making 188whp at 6psi intercooled. that is more then enough to beat 95% of the n/a hondas out there.
