oo bump for you. but to put this on your car dont you have to cut holes on your bumper? O.O but will this fit a em1?

 

To put this kit on any car - it can be mounted the way you say or can be mounted just under the bumper - it is up to the end user and the lights have a lot of adjustments to fit many situations.

YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO CUT YOUR BUMPER.

IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO MOUNT THEM THAT WAY - LIKE THE REAL EF CIVIC REAR FOGS - YOU CAN GO THAT ROUTE TOO.
