Default wireing question on h22 swap.

well as you may or may not have seen im thinking of swaping engines in my auto civic with a manual 97-98 h22A type-s

well i have another question.

what kind of wiering will i have to do?
it says it comes with
- Engine Harness, ECU, and all sensors. it comes with other things to but those are not electrical.

do i just replace my civic ecu with this one and plug in the engine harness that comes with it?(does the engine harness even go to it?) ive just started resurching and have about 2/3 of a year to lean everything. so im trying to figure out how to wire this thing up before i get it.

Easiest way is to take the harness from your stock engine and fit it to the H22. Match up all the plugs, a few will have to be changed, and some extended. Then add in the necessary wires that your harness doesn't have and connect them to the ECU plugs. Either that or pay someone to do it (I think it's around $300).

im assuming i use the h22 ecu or no? also do you know of any pictures on here as i lean much better seeing it.

i like wireing stuff if i know how as for some odd reason i find it fun. but if its to complicated ill have someone do it. im just trying to save as much money as possible for when it comes time to do it.

if you don't have an EX/SI/VX you'll need to do some wiring for VTEC and the knock sensor
