What to use H23 intake manifold and throttle body, or F22A6?

What to use H23 intake manifold and throttle body, or F22A6?
Hey guys im just wondering which intake manifold/tb is better the H23 or the F22A6, im building my engine for turbo and want the best possible components for it, i noticed on maxbore.com that he can bore out H throttle boddies to 2mm more than the F series, so that makes me think the H23 intake manifold is the better choice. Thank you very much
