Your favorite RR mods...
Being new to bikes, I'm completely lost in the various companies and different parts.
I'm looking to replace my turn signals, rear view mirrors, levers and the such.
Please post up your favorite models of each, as well as why you chose them.
Thanks.

Levers - Pazzo
I like the price and construction. They are very similar to the CRG units, but come in a variety of colors for the levers and the adjusters.
Turn signals - stock
Rear view mirrors - stock
But that's just because I don't like the extra fix-it tickets from piggies.

Stock turn signals + mirrors ... why make yourself any less visible to cars? I havent seen any aftermarket mirrors/signals that offer any advantage over stock..
First thing I got were frame sliders, and rear spools.

Some kind of fender eliminator kit.
-hated all the factory crap under the tail
Lockhart & Phillips turn signals (smoked looks great on a black bike.)
-like how the aftermarket ones look (much sleeker)
OEM seat cowl
-don't ride 2-up, seat cowl looks better than the passenger seat.
Pazzo lever (clutch)
-have small hands and only the brake is adjustable on my bike
-like how it looks, the 'shortie' version won't bang on the pavement if the bike is
tipped over

Being that the RR's have the plastic tank cover, and magnets may not work well, if at all.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Use tankbags that have a strap tiedown. Or use a magnet and adhere it to the underside of the plastic tank. I don't know how much clearance you have, but that's one option.

If you're gonna replace the rear turn signals, I suggest the Shock Racing LED ones. They're, by far, the brightest, and best made ones that I've tried. BTW, they're good for 2hp.

OEM Honda fluid is best right?
Do the stock rear turn signals function as running lights?

i have a metallic tank bag from Chase Harper and it actually works pretty well for me. It doesn't attach well in the front, but it's really easy to use. The weight of the magnets and the material that they're surrounded in helps to keep the bag where it should be.
I really like the mods that came on the bike when i got it. Stubby turn signals, Fender eliminator kit, Moriwaki short frame sliders, and reflective yellow rim stripes.

you are gonna bankrupt the boy just on suspension.
he should just have his stock showa parts tuned for him.

I dropped by a local shop and purchase a Track Side fender eliminator.
I had never heard it mentioned before but was very impressed.
It's powdercoated black, locates the plate right under the exhaust, and has three LED's to light your plate, and 6 LED's for each turn signal which are nicely integrated right above the plate.
I can't find it anywhere on the net, so if someone does, post it up.

i dont have an rr but things that made me happy:
new PP's instead of the stock dunflops
exhaust cause it sounds oh so good
a new helmet! when i first got my corsair rx7 i was so glad, i switched from the rf1000 (rf1000 isnt a bad helmet but im glad i dont get double mohawks anymore and it was a lot heavier)
getting my suspension adjusted (felt a big difference right after i got it done)
